Some day my geek will come.
Some day ill find the one,
But till then i just want to have fun.
Cause I don't like to play games
Of perceived rules that supposedly show me the way
Of how love is suppose to be played.
Why is it such a game?
I don't understand these complex waves
That make my heart pitter-patter
With emotions that I can not anticipate.
Why can't it be like a simple love song,
That is easy to just sing along
That doesn't feel like I am being dragged along
We should let love blossom in a less dramatic way.
Because not knowing where you stand is such horrible pain
I hate the wait.
I am awkward
I know you can relate
Nobody taught me the introduction course
Of 101 on how to date.
So bare with me as I learn to grasp
The concept of how to capture your heart
It may be a task
Because I'll waddle and wade like a new infant babe
In a water that is way too deep for all of my delectation
But trust
If you wait
You truly won't be disenchanted
Cause I promise a love
So much more powerful then magic.
